Perpetua
60m Superyacht — Interior Design Concept Inspired by the Chenot Method
University project - University of Genoa - 2026
The Project
Perpetua is a university interior design project developed for
a 60-metre yacht, in collaboration with the Rossinavi shipyard
and luxury interior design studio Pulina.
The project explores a contemporary interpretation of luxury, shifting the focus from material value toward time dedicated
to oneself, health, and personal well-being.
The aim is to transform the yacht into an environment dedicated to regeneration, offering an immersive experience where interior design, wellness, and the relationship with the sea come together within a coherent identity. Through the theme of the longevity economy, well-being is reinterpreted as a new expression of luxury.

Concept

The concept draws inspiration from the Chenot Method, which approaches well-being as a balance between body, mind, and environment. These principles are translated into a spatial and sensory language, transforming the yacht into a regenerative journey designed to support guests throughout their stay on board.
The experience unfolds over one week and is organized around three main categories: spaces for balance, dedicated to contemplation and slowing down; spaces for regeneration, focused on recovery; and spaces for activation, designed to stimulate the body and encourage movement.
The sea becomes an integral part of the concept, acting as a powerful source of natural regeneration and actively contributing to the overall sense of well-being.
